For tradespersons, FlexiCut cut-to-size is the smart and easy way to produce quality kitchens and vanities without the expense and time required to operate a full workshop setup. Simply provide a cutting list detailing the colours and sizes required and we do the rest. Flex Corporation has invested in modern, efficient machinary to cut-to-size board in short lead-times while providing a quality finish. Our edgebanders are able to apply edgetapes in thicknesses of 0.4mm, 1mm and 2mm on board products from 9mm up to 33mm thick. We can also pre-drill carcase gables and router corner cupboard and open shelves to shape.
FlexiCut can cut-to-size the following board types:
- White melamine HMR for carcases
- Decorative colour boards of all brands (Laminex, Formica, Panelart, Melteca, etc)
- Veneer board
- Plywood
- Raw MDF and HMR
- 3mm White backing
